We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Year 2 Teacher to join our dynamic team in January 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on childrens learning at a pivotal stage in their education.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire and challenge Year 2 students.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all children can thrive.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement the curriculum effectively.
Build strong, supportive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Contribute to the schools community and extracurricular activities.
What Were Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, particularly Year 2 (preferred but not essential).
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their academic and personal development.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teaching.
